Bajimate Terms & Conditions

Bajimate is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Bajimate platform, website, and mobile application.

By creating an account or using the Bajimate platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes or claims will be handled in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. By using Bajimate's services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use them within your own jurisdiction.

To open an account and place bets on Bajimate, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must register as an individual. Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a company or organization.
• Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Your mobile number and email address must be verified.

KYC Verification

Bajimate follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform security. You may be required to verify your identity to withdraw above a certain amount or to access certain features. A copy of your National ID or passport will need to be submitted.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact Bajimate support immediately.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Bajimate:

Important Payment Rules

• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for your deposit.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, Bajimate reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation.
• Any activity suspected to be money laundering or fraudulent in nature will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Placing bets on Bajimate is subject to specific rules that all users must follow. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in account suspension.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Bajimate reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match has kicked off.

Live Betting Special Rules

Bajimate's live betting feature operates on real-time odds. Since odds change rapidly during live play, the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are final. If a bet fails to confirm due to network issues, it will be considered void.

Betting Limits

Separate minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each event and market. Bajimate reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Bajimate periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and special promotions. The following terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated before the bonus is issued.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering a specified amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonus offers have a limited validity period — bonuses that are not used within the specified timeframe will expire and be forfeited.
• Each promotion is applicable once per person, household, or address.
• If bonus abuse is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajimate platform. Violations of these Terms & Conditions will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Creating an account using a false or someone else's identity.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.

Bajimate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Upon evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Upon request by law enforcement agencies.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, except in cases of fraud.

• Losses caused by issues with your own device or software.
• Losses resulting from your account password being disclosed to another person.
• Losses from normal betting outcomes.

Bajimate reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
